Friends

Samuel has two of the bestest friends. Lydia and Zacharie moved here last August and it's been nothing but good times since. They dance, play, and laugh together. We are sad because Zacharie and his family are moving back to France in May, but until then we are enjoying our time together and capturing precious moments on film. (Merci Marie for taking pictures, I always seem to be found without my camera).

My First Flower!

You (the reader): "Ummm, Aubrey, what's up with the weeds?"

Me: "They aren't weeds! They are the first flowers my son has ever picked for me. Aren't they just wonderful?!"

My Beautiful Girl

Yes, yes I know. It's been forever since I have even mentioned Lillian. And she only has one post dedicated solely to her. Please, let me remedy that. Lillian is growing so fast! She can hold her head up and sit with some assistance. She has the cutest little cheeks that you really do just want to pinch. She is fairly easy, hardly ever crying and just sitting back and enjoying life. She adores her brother, and will spend many minutes just watching him and smiling and cooing at him.

Speaking of her smiles - they are absolutely beautiful. Her smile starts in her lips and ends in the twinkle of her eyes. And it's so easy to get her to smile. Things that make her smile: Mommy, Daddy, brother, and her mobile.

Sweet 16

My beautiful sister turned 16! Can you believe it? She turned 16 back in February but I've been such a slacker that I'm just now getting to it. However, she deserves a post. So here are 16 sweet things about KeLei:

1. She's super funny - the girl has a sense of humor that just won't quit.
2. She's drop dead gorgeous - long legs, red hair, blue eyes, super skinny... it just makes me sick.
3. She's the best Aunt ever. She absolutely adores her niece and nephew and showed them off at her sweet 16 party (and didn't even mind that they were being party poopers with their crying).
4. She plays the violin.
5. She's very artistic and can draw, play an instrument, do artsy stuff like that with just a little bit of effort. I'm secretly jealous of her.
6. She has an amazing testimony in Christ.
7. She rock climbs.
8. She loves cats.
9. She has a very sweet heart for animals in general.
10. She loves to be in the middle - of anything.
11. She loves shopping.
12. She LOVES jewelry
13. She is incredibly strong-willed.
14. She loves her family, if you ask her where in the world she wants to be it's always at home with her family.
15. She spreads happiness wherever she goes.
