First is this fabulous Sour Cream Chocolate Fudge cake that I made completely from scratch. cake, frosting, all of it. This was my first time to make a cake from scratch and I was super pleased with how it turned out. It was for my mother-in-law's birthday. Happy Birthday, Val!
Second thing is my beautiful Samuel. He rolls over (the other day he rolled half-way across the living room), smiles, coos, and laughs. Here is a video that would warm even the coldest of hearts. (p.s. make sure your sound is on for this one!)
