So, no groundhogs, but the bears were pretty cool. Here are some pictures of our adventure:

Matthew and Samuel in front of a giant gorilla. The gorillas were pretty cool too - one came right up to the glass and stared at Samuel. He was pretty excited.
In front of the giraffes - my favorite animals! Samuel was watching the Ostrich in this picture.

Samuel had a lot of fun. We didn't check out the whole park because it was a little chilly and Samuel was starting to get tired. However, when the weather warms up a bit we are definitely going to do this again, hopefully with Dad next time.

It looks like Samuel and Matthew had a good time. I love the picture by the gorilla. You need to make that an 8 x 10 and frame it and put it in Sam's room.
That was a lot of fun, wouldn't mind doing it again...when the weather isn't so bad and when I am dressed in better attire ;)

It was pretty chilly, but I kinda wish I had went w/ya anyway :( That's ok, we'll definitely have to do it together when it warms up and then we can brave the entire park. yay!
