It seems like I've spent every morning this week cleaning up things that shall remain nameless (I'll let you use your imagination).
This sickness always seems to hit early morning and I wake up to find a mess. For Lillian, who is confined to a crib, it is a matter of stripping the bed down. For Samuel, it's a bit more complicated.
We've reached the end of the week, but if I were to measure this weekend by this morning's find - well, it's going to be a long weekend too.
However, through all this I have found a few things I'm grateful for, including:
Spot Shot

I bought this on a whim at Sam's Club and it has proven to be the best whim-buy EVER. Since I don't have a steam-cleaner, this is the next best thing.
Clorox Disinfecting Wipes

Great for everything from wiping down mattresses to cleaning toys.
Showers

Some messes are just too big for a box of wipes...
And last, but not least. My wash-machine.

I have never been more grateful to have a wash-machine of my own and not have to make daily visits to a laundry-mat.

Oh NO! I hope you are not next! Does not sound like a fun week at all. Poor family. I buy Spot Shot too and I go through it way too fast. Good stuff.
I agree with Laura!! I hope you're not next, ick!! Well, I'm glad you could see a silver lining though all the sickness, Clorox Wipes are my fav.or.ite and i saw that Shot Spot and thought about getting it. Thanks for heads-up!! Good luck with the rest of your weekend and hopefully the sick-bug is on it's way out!!
No fun! Spot Shot has been used in our family for years, and I LOVE IT! I hope all your kiddos are feeling better soon!
Bummer your whole family is sick! Hope everyone recovers soon. I HATE being sick, but I hate having kids as well (in my case "kid"). Thanks for the Spot Shot suggestion!
You poor thing! I'm so hoping the bug is packin' up and on its way out!
Your week sounds eerily familiar to me...I definitely hear you on the washing machine. Life with sick babies would be much more difficult without the convenience of being able to just throw everything straight into the washer.
